NOVEMBER 2026
Harvest and milling
Picked by hand and hand rake, olive by olive. Every lot goes to the mill the same day: under 24 hours between tree and extraction, below 27 °C.
DECEMBER 2026
Analysis and settling
Lot analysis, then settling in stainless steel under controlled atmosphere before filling. Results are published on the lot's traceability page.
JANUARY 2027
Shipping from France
Leaving our partner depot in Vaucluse by Colissimo or DHL within 48 hours, with a tracking number. No customs charges anywhere in the European Union.
