WHEN THE FRUIT IS READY

The picking

In autumn, olive by olive, by hand and with a hand rake. We do not follow a calendar, we follow the fruit and the sky: if it rains we do not pick — we wait for it to dry and start again. It is the only way to bring in sound olives only.

Milled and filled

Picked, carried to the mill, extracted below 27 °C and filled into bottle or pouch within forty-eight hours. No tank storage, no waiting: every litre is closed on itself as fast as possible.

The road, then despatch

The lot leaves Béni Mellal by truck for our depot in Avignon. Depending on when the harvest falls and how the road goes, the first despatches from France leave in December or in January. We write to you the moment your parcel goes out, with its tracking number.

Five questions, five straight answers

Who exactly is selling?
A family holding, not a middleman. The grove is at Tagzirt, it belongs to our family, and Hasan answers personally at contact@amazighoil.com. Both mills are named on every product page, with their ONSSA registration.
Which harvest is my oil from?
The 2026 harvest, hand-picked in autumn and filled within the following forty-eight hours — no tank storage in between. The lot number and its analyses will be published on the traceability page, reachable from the QR code on your container.
What do I pay at my door?
The price shown is in euros, VAT included. The oil ships from our depot in France: no customs duty, no import tax, nothing owed to the courier on arrival. Only shipping is added, and it is quoted before any payment.
When does it arrive?
As soon as the lot has come up from Béni Mellal to our depot in Avignon: depending on when the harvest falls and how the road goes, the first despatches from France leave in December 2026 or January 2027, with a tracking number. Nothing is charged today: payment is requested at despatch, at the price locked on the day you reserved.
And if the harvest comes in short?
The harvest depends on the sky: if it rains we do not pick, and the calendar moves. Reservations are honoured in the order they were received. If we cannot serve yours, we tell you and nothing is charged — you will have advanced no money at all. That is precisely why we take no payment before despatch.
